Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times do not include shipping times. Expected shipping times are listed below and are listed at checkout.
Exceptions: Orders that include Presale/Preorder items will be processed within 1 to 5 business days from the date the product has been pre sold for.
Potential delays: In the case of any delays (due to stock issues, weather, high volume of orders, etc.) occurring with shipping your order, you will be notified via email or text and are eligible for a refund by request prior to your order shipping.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $12 flat rate shipping within Canada and Free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada. Flat rate and free shipping times range from 2 to 12 business days, depending on Canada Post’s estimated expedited shipping times.

Edmonton Local Pickup by Appointment
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 11784 37 Ave NW Edmonton, Alberta T6J 0J4. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Edmonton local pickup is by appointment. Please do not arrive prior to confirming your pickup day via email to info@eucalyptco.com
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the United States. At this time we do not offer shipping to other countries. If you are in a country other than Canada or the United States, please let us know you would like us to ship to your country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eucalypt Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of your tracking number showing delivery confirmation, please contact us at info@eucalyptco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please check your community mailbox prior to contacting us.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns on most items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Seasonal items can not be returned after 5 days prior to a major holiday unless they arrived damaged or flawed (e.g. Christmas items cannot be returned after Dec 20). Items purchased in bulk for weddings or events cannot be returned, some exceptions apply. Items purchased at a discount are final sale. Bath and Shower items cannot be returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@eucalyptco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
